I work with athletes of all abilities and backgrounds, and my training philosophy is one of balance and joy. We will work to bring joy into your daily training and life, balancing your goals with your passions, life, and the spontaneous opportunity for adventure.
I am an ultramarathoner, climber, swimrunner, cyclist, triathlete, and yogi. I aspire to do hard things. My passion is the wilderness, and I seek out challenges and endurance events that allow me to travel through beautiful places on my own two feet. I help individuals do hard things, whether that be competing on the roads, adventuring on the trails, or marveling at the places we can go, all on two feet or two wheels.
As a triathlete, I raced both the draft-legal and non-drafting circuits and represented Team USA at the ITU World Triathlon Championships. I was involved in the installment of women’s triathlon as an NCAA Emerging Sport for Women and raced in the first ever NCAA Women’s Triathlon National Championship.
I race ultramarathons, swimruns, and am often found darting haphazardly through the woods at local orienteering events.
